To say that I’m honored to take on new responsibilities at the Henderson Chamber of Commerce would be a huge understatement. It aligns perfectly with my role as a business lawyer and my passion to support the small business community. As the new chairperson for HCC, I can share my experience as a business attorney to advance the interests of our members, and advocate for those I’m most passionate about.

I am excited to work with the new members of the board. Andrea Blue, who currently serves as General Manager for Brookfield Properties Retail at Galleria at Sunset, is now on the board of directors. Jon Openshaw, who is the Reflection Bay Golf Club General Manager, will also join the board of directors. Under his leadership, Reflection Bay erased a $1 million deficit within 24 months and the course was named the Gold Winner in the Best of Las Vegas list of Southern Nevada golf courses. FInally, Peter T. Zierhut will be the final member of the board adding his extensive talents to the team.

From my perspective as a business attorney in Las Vegas and Henderson, I know there’s a lot of work to do to advance the interests of the HCC members and small business community — and I’m committed to doing everything I can to do just that is going to benefit greatly from my team. I can’t wait to get started!
